6A-7.080

Rebinding and Rehabilitation of Textbooks (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule is to be repealed as there is no longer statutory authority for the Commissioner to enter into contracts relating to the rebinding and rehabilitation of textbooks. The effect is the repeal of a rule which should no longer be included in the Florida Administrative Code.

SUMMARY:

This rule is to be repealed.
