PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect for Rule 61G6-5.003, F.A.C., is to amend the title of the rule and to revise and clarify the existing language pertaining to requirements for certification; for Rule 61G6-5.009, F.A.C., it is to revise and clarify the existing language pertaining to requirements for endorsement and to delete obsolete language.
