	The Agency for Health Care Administration announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 26, 2008, from 10:30am-12:00pm

Subject:	The Agency for Health Care Administration will conduct a conference call to discuss the implementation of HB5085, section 12 , related to mandatory assignment to managed care plans in counties with two or more managed care plans in operation. The call will primarily include discussion of the Medicaid eligible population and counties that will be affected by this legislation, as well as the implementation timeline.
