RULE:

40B-4.2020

Content of Environmental Resource Permit Application (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to update this section of Chapter 40B-4, Florida Administrative Code, to amend the required content of environmental resource permit applications. The effect of the proposed rule amendments will be to incorporate additional language that is required by Section 373.413, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

This proposed rule development will incorporate additional of language that is required by Section 373.413, Florida Statutes.
