Overview



	The Executive Office of the Governor, Office of Policy and Budget, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 31, 2008 (see below for times and locations)

Subject:	Representatives from the departments listed below will present an overview of the agency's Legislative Budget Request for Fiscal Year 2009-2010 and Long-Range Program Plan for Fiscal Year 2009-2010 through Fiscal Year 2013-2014, and will be available for public questions and comments. The times and locations are provided below for each policy area/agency: Health and Human Services - Agency for Health Care Administration, Agency for Persons with Disabilities, Department of Children and Families, Department of Elder Affairs, Department of Health, and Department of Veterans’ Affairs – 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. in room 412 of the Knott Building Environmental - Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Department of Citrus, Department of Environmental Protection, Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and Public Service Commission – 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. in room 412 of the Knott Building Public Safety - Department of Corrections, Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Law Enforcement, Department of Legal Affairs, Justice Administration Commission, and Parole Commission – 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. in room 306 of the House Office Building General Government - Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Department of Financial Services, Department of Lottery, Department of Management Services, Department of Military Affairs, and Department of Revenue – 9:00-11:00 a.m. in room 2103 of the Capitol Building Transportation and Economic Development (includes Director’s Office) - Agency for Workforce Innovation, Department of Community Affairs, Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Department of State, Department of Transportation, and Executive Office of the Governor – 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. in room 2103 of the Capitol Building
