64E-15.002

Sites - Mobile Home, Lodging, and Recreational Vehicle Parks

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the propose changes is to rescind paragraph 64E-15.002(3)(d), F.A.C., which states, “All recreational vehicle units or accessory buildings shall be parked or located 25 feet from any public street or highway right-of-way.” The department has researched this rule and determined there is no longer the need for the 25 foot setback.

SUBJECT:

The subject is set back requirements for RV’s and accessory buildings from a public street or a highway right-of-way.
