Exams By Non Employees

PURPOSE:

To set forth procedures for examinations performed by non employees.

SUMMARY:

This rule implements subsection 624.316(2)(e), F.A.C., by setting out criteria for the specialists, a process by which an expert who wishes to be contracted with to undertake such exams can apply to do them, and the process by which the specialist is compensated.
