64B3-6.003

Personnel Licensure - Temporary License

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this notice is to amend the rule governing temporary permits for clinical laboratory personnel.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule (1) clarifies the requirements for obtaining a temporary permit; and (2) amends the provisions pertaining to applicants who fail or do not appear for an examination.
