64E-16.012

Fees

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to increase biomedical waste program fees within the statutory limits. The effect will be to reduce the program’s operating deficit.

SUMMARY:

This rule is being revised to increase the biomedical waste program fees in order to reduce the program’s operating deficit. Fees have not been increased since the implementation of the biomedical waste program, which was in 1992.
