	The FLORIDA COMMUNITIES TRUST announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	FIRST WORKSHOP - TALLAHASSEE Monday, October 13, 2008; 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

DATE AND TIME: SECOND WORKSHOP – BREVARD COUNTY Wednesday, October 15, 2008; 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. PLACE: Brevard County Office Complex, Space Coast Room, Building C, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, FL 32940 DATE AND TIME: THIRD WORKSHOP – CRYSTAL RIVER Thursday, October 16, 2008; 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. PLACE: Crystal River City Hall, 123 NW Highway 19, Crystal River, FL 34428

Subject:	The purpose of these workshops is to provide information and technical assistance to eligible applicants to assist in the preparation of applications for the Stan Mayfield Working Waterfronts program under the Florida Communities Trust’s Florida Forever Program. ACTION TO BE TAKEN: Information will be presented to assist interested persons in completing the Stan Mayfield Working Waterfront Program application form (SMWW-1) and in understanding the review, evaluation, and acquisition procedures. The Agenda for the workshops will be as follows: 1. Call to order. 2. Explanation by representatives of the Trust as to the purpose of the Stan Mayfield Working Waterfronts Program and the application procedure. 3. Public questions. 4. Adjournment.
