69OER06-3

Adoption of the Property and Casualty Joint Underwriting Association

SUMMARY:

Emergency Rule 69OER06-3 adopts a joint underwriting plan which will ensure that businesses in Florida that are in good faith entitled to, but are unable to, obtain an adequate level of insurance will be able to purchase the property insurance they need.
