PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect are to adopt by rule a phased schedule for adoption of the public school facilities element and the required updates to the public schools interlocal agreement.

SUBJECT:

The adoption of Chapter 9J-36, F.A.C., will establish a phased schedule for adoption of the public school facilities element and the required updates to the public schools interlocal agreement pursuant to Sections 163.3177(12) and 163.31777, Florida Statutes.
