RULE:

65A-1.206

Lifeline Service

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is required to comply with section 11 of Chapter 2007-29, Laws of Florida. Lifeline service helps make phone service affordable to low-income customers. The rule creates procedures to automatically enroll potential Lifeline customers once approved for at least one qualifying public assistance program.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule allows for automatic enrollment for Lifeline service.
