Notice of Meeting/Workshop Hearing

Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Water Facilities Funding, announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 11, 2006, 2:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Room 611, Twin Towers Office Building, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	To receive testimony and public comment and to take final action on management of the FY 2007 State Revolving Fund (SRF) priority list for water pollution control loan projects under Chapter 62-503, F.A.C. Funds may be assigned to qualifying wastewater, stormwater, or non-point source projects which meet program eligibility requirements. Eligible projects may be ranked on the priority list if requests and required documentation are received by the Department by September 11, 2006. The Department may adopt, modify, or deny the proposed actions at the hearing. Pursuant to subsection 62-503.600(4), F.A.C., the Department’s funding commitment to projects currently assigned to the fundable or contingency portions of the FY 2006 water pollution control priority list may be withdrawn at the hearing if a local government is delinquent in submitting documents as scheduled. Prior to Department action at the hearing, all interested persons will have the opportunity to testify regarding the list and any proposed actions. After the hearing, the Department will file the written Record of Final Agency Action. A copy of the Record of Final Agency Action will be made available to persons sponsoring the projects at issue and to any person submitting a timely written request. Such written requests must be submitted at the hearing or must be filed with the Department’s Bureau of Water Facilities Funding, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Mail Station #3505, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2400, no later than 5:00 p.m. on the first working day after the public hearing.
