	The NOTICE OF RESCHEDULING – Notice is hereby given by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile Homes, of the re-scheduling of the meeting to solicit input regarding the use of a common interest realty law. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, September 6, 2006, 9:00 a.m. – until business is completed

PLACE:	Board Room, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Northwood Centre, 1940 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	To solicit input on whether the State of Florida should move toward the use of a comprehensive common interest realty law covering the regulation of condominiums, cooperatives, timeshares and homeowner associations.
