Provisional License (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment to allow an applicant ample time to complete the application process before the expiration of his/her provisional license.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment will allow a provisional license to be valid for a single 6 month period.
