Adjustments to Reflect Consumer Price Index (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To adopt price level changes relating to firefighter death benefits in Section 112.191, Florida Statutes, for the year 2008-2009.

SUMMARY:

Firefighter death benefits in Section 112.191, Florida Statutes are raised annually to reflect price level changes.
