Overview



	The Commercial Motor Vehicle Review Board announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 11, 2008, 8:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Hampton Inn & Suites, Ft. Lauderdale Airport, 2500 Stirling Road, Hollywood, Florida.

Subject:	This is a monthly meeting of the Commercial Motor Vehicle Review Board for the purpose of reviewing penalties imposed upon any vehicle or person under the provisions of Chapter 316, Florida Statutes, relating to weights imposed on the highway by the axles and wheels of motor vehicles, to special fuel and motor fuel tax compliance, or to violations of safety regulations. Any person aggrieved by the imposition of a civil penalty pursuant to Sections 316.3025 or 316.550, Florida Statutes, may apply to the Commercial Motor Vehicle Review Board for a modification, cancellation, or revocation of the penalty.
