PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule promulgation to implement Section 464.009(2), F.S., by identifying a state that does not have licensure requirements substantially equivalent to Florida’s requirement.

To implement Section 464.009(2), F.S., by identifying a state that does not have licensure requirements substantially equivalent to Florida’s requirement.
