Overview



	The Financial Services Commission, Office of Insurance Regulation announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 17, 2008 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

PLACE:	412 Knott Building, Tallahassee, FL

Subject:	This meeting is the third meeting of the Developmental Disabilities Compact Workgroup. Pursuant to the "Window of Opportunity Act," Section 624.916, F.S. the Office of Insurance Regulation (the Office) was charged with convening a workgroup to develop and execute a compact relating to insurance coverage and access to services for persons with developmental disabilities. The first two meetings were held on September 18 and October 14, respectively. The third meeting was originally scheduled for November 20; however, it was cancelled.
