Publications, Rules and Interagency Agreements Incorporated by Reference

PURPOSE:

To incorporate language which clarifies that the Uniform Mitigation Assessment Method (UMAM) found in Rule 62-345, F.A.C., is applicable to all applications received on or after February 2, 2004.

SUMMARY:

Sections 4.3. 4.3.2 – 4.3.2.4 regarding Mitigation Ratio Guidelines are superseded by Rule 62-345, F.A.C. for all applications received on or after February 2, 2004.
