Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection Bureau of Watershed Management announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 28, 2006, 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Conference Room A, 3900 Commonwealth Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida 32399.

Subject:	The Department of Environmental Protection announces the rescheduling of the rulemaking hearing for consideration of proposed amendments to chapter 62-303 of the Florida Administrative Code. The original notice of proposed rulemaking, published in the August 4, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly, Volume 32, Number 31, pages 3599-3613, stated that the proposed rule amendments were scheduled for consideration and possible adoption by the Florida Environmental Regulation Commission (ERC) on August 31, 2006. However, the ERC hearing scheduled for August 31, 2006, was cancelled in response to the threat of Tropical Storm Ernesto. As a result, the proposed rule amendments are now scheduled for hearing before the ERC at the time, date and place shown above.
