	The Highlands Soil and Water Conservation District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Highlands Soil and Water Conservation District holds their monthly meetings on the first Tuesday of each month starting at 3p.m., unless stated otherwise. The dates of meetings for 2009 are: January 6, February 3, March 3, April 7 - starting at 2p.m., May 5, June 2, July 7, August 4, September 1, October 6, November 3, December 1
