RULE:

64F-12.012

Records of Drugs, Cosmetics and Devices (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

The Department proposes to revise the rule language regarding pedigree requirements to be compliant with Chapter 499, F.S. (2008).

SUMMARY:

The rule revisions will clarify the pedigree requirements for normal distribution chain direct purchase pedigrees, alternative pedigrees, returns and emergency distributions.
