RULE:

PURPOSE:

The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board is amending Rule 61J1-7.004, F.A.C. to implement changes to Section 475.623 of the Florida Statutes and to require an appraiser to designate a primary business address if the appraiser has several registered business addresses. 
The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board is promulgating new Rule 61J1-7.0065, F. A.C. to require each appraiser signing a certification of an appraisal report to sign the certification with the name that the licensee has registered with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

SUMMARY:

In Rule 61J1-7.004, F.A.C., changes to Section 475.623 of the Florida Statutes are implemented and it is made a requirement for an appraiser to designate a primary business address if the appraiser has several registered business addresses.
