Overview



	The Department of Community Affairs announces a teleconference public hearing to receive input on the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) State Plan for federal fiscal year (FFY) 2009, announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, January 20, 2009, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Subject:	To obtain input and recommendations from the public and interested parties concerning the Weatherization Assistance Program State Plan for FFY 2009, which will be submitted to the United States Department of Energy.

APPEALS INFORMATION: If a person decides to appeal any decision of the Department of Community Affairs with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceeding, and for such purposes he or she may need to ensure that a record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made.
