Issuance of Certification

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to correct an erroneous rule number reference; to delete the requirement to provide proof of passing the written examination specified in Section 476.616, F.S., and to clarify language pertaining to the Florida Supplemental exam.

SUMMARY:

An erroneous rule number reference is corrected; the requirement to provide proof of passing the written examination specified in Section 476.616, F.S., is deleted, and language pertaining to the Florida Supplemental exam is clarified.
