Overview



	The Florida Department of Elder Affairs is very interested in getting your input in preparation for its development of the state’s plan for addressing the needs and well-being of Florida’s 4 million elders age 60 and older. In order to affect this purpose, we are hosting several regional workshops around the state and are extending an invitation for you to participate. Based on your thoughts, we will prepare the State Plan on Aging, 2008 – 2010, which is the basis for allocation of funding for elder service providers throughout Florida. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.
