PURPOSE:

The proposed amendments are intended to simplify, streamline, and clarify the rules. Form PSC/CMP 28 (4/05) is revised consistent with the proposed rule amendments. Docket No. 080641-TP.

SUMMARY:

This rule is amended to add language to clarify that Schedules 2, 3, 11, and 15 of Form PSC/CMP 28 (4/05) apply only to residential service.
