Overview



	The Probable Cause Panel of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, February 11, 2009, 9:00 a.m., or soon thereafter (Portions of the probable cause proceedings are not open to the public).

PLACE:	The Division of Real Estate, Room N901, North Tower, 400 West Robinson Street, Orlando, Florida 32801-1757

Subject:	To conduct a private meeting to review cases to determine probable cause and to conduct a public meeting to review cases where probable cause was previously found. Portions of the probable cause proceedings are not open to the public. All or part of this meeting may be conducted by teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of the Board members or its counsel.

Only public portions of the agenda are available upon request.
