Purpose, Applicability and Scope of Rules (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule will be to bring amateur boxing and kickboxing within the regulatory scope of the Florida State Boxing Commission as required by Section 548.006, Florida Statutes.

SUBJECT:

The subject area to be addressed in this rule is the regulatory scope of the Florida State Boxing Commission over amateur boxing and kickboxing.
