RULE:

33-204.005

Cash Meals and Special Group Meals

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to amend Rule 33-204.005, F.A.C., to reflect the Department’s switch from a private food service contractor to self-operation.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule eliminates language in Rule 33-204.005, F.A.C., referencing a private food service contract, as the Department is switching from a private food service contractor to self-operation.
