PURPOSE:

The rule chapter establishes the requirements for the administration and operation of residential expedition programs for juvenile offenders.

SUMMARY:

The rule governs the admission, intake, and orientation of youth to expedition programs, as well as the conditions and treatment in such programs. Standards governing safety and security, release, and administrative requirements are also specified.
