Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, February 27, 2009, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon

PLACE:	Orlando City Hall Council Chambers, 400 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida

Subject:	This is a workshop to discuss a proposed change to Chapter 62-701, F.A.C., Solid Waste Management Facilities. The Department is seeking comments on a proposal to allow certain small container-to-container transfer stations to operate without the need for individual permits.
