60A-1.044

State Term Contracts (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To amend Rule 60A-1.044, Florida Administrative Code, to remove exceptions to mandatory use of state term contracts by state agencies.

SUBJECT:

Repeal subsections (2) and (3) and amend subsection (5) of the current rule.
