PURPOSE:

The purpose is to amend an existing form and make it more consumer friendly and provide additional information that will benefit the consumer. Form OIR-B1-1655, Notice of Premium Discounts for Hurricane Loss Mitigation, sets forth mitigation credits. Section 627.711, F.S., requires the Commission to adopt a form for noticing premium discounts for hurricane loss mitigation.
