RULE:

69A-60.008

Exceptions Applicable to Broward County (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To comply with Section 633.027, Florida Statutes (2008), that requires the owner of any commercial, industrial or multiunit residential structure of three units or more constructed of light-frame trusses, to install a symbol adopted by rule of the State Fire Marshal on a location near the main entry of the structure.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule establishes the dimensions, color, and location of a symbol to be applied to every commercial, industrial and multiunit residential structure of three units or more constructed of light-frame trusses.
