DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, March 12, 2009, Committee Meetings, 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Friday, March 13, 2009, Full Council Meeting, 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Please Note: Meeting times are subject to change.
