	The Department of Revenue announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 19, 2006, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet, which begins at 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	Approval of adoption of the proposed amendments to Rule 12B-7.0225, F.A.C. (Computation of Phosphate Rock Tax Rate). A Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the proposed rule changes was published in the F.A.W. on June 23, 2006 (Vol. 32, No. 25, pp. 2817-2819). A Notice of Change was published in the September 8, 2006, edition of the F.A.W.
