RULE:

64B2-18.002	Application for Certification as a Chiropractic Physician's Assistant
64B2-18.005	Certification of Supervising Physicians

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendments in order to incorporate application forms into the rules, to provide corrected reference to rule, and to change time for certification renewal.

SUMMARY:

The application forms will be incorporated into the rule, a reference to a rule will be corrected, and the time period for certification renewal will be changed.
