69O-186.005	Premium Schedule Applicable to "Truth in Lending" and Other Endorsements

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the workshop is to gather data from title insurers and the public to determine whether it is appropriate to set a rate specifically for junior loan title insurance, and, if so, determine what that rate would be. Title insurers and members of the public are invited to come and present information in this regard.
