Overview



	The South Florida Water Management District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 27, 2006, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Ocean Bank Building, 782 N. W. LeJeune Road, Suite 450, Miami, Florida

Subject:	To encourage small businesses to take part in the procurement process and become certified as District Small Business Enterprises.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: (1) District Website http://www.sfwmd.gov/agenda.html or (2) by writing the South Florida Water Management District, Mail Stop 2130, P. O. Box 24680, West Palm Beach, FL 33416-4680. Appeals from any South Florida Water Management District Board decision require a record of the proceedings. Although Governing Board meetings and hearings are normally recorded, affected persons are advised that it may be necessary for them to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
