Overview

RULE:

69K-24.020

Licensure of Removal Services.

PURPOSE:

To increase the application and renewal fees for removal services.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment would increase the application fee paid by Removal Services by $50.00 for the initial two-year license. The rule amendment would also increase the annual inspection fee paid by Removal Services by $125.00 per year.
