Overview

RULE:

69K-24.040

Licensure of Centralized Embalming Facilities.

PURPOSE:

To increase the application, inspection and renewal fees for centralized embalming facilities.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment would increase the application fee paid by Centralized Embalming Facilities by $25.00 for the initial two-year Centralized Embalming Facilities license. The rule amendment would also increase the annual inspection fee paid by Centralized Embalming Facilities by $125.00.
