14-100.001

Training and Qualification Standards for Toll Enforcement Officers

PURPOSE:

Subsection 14-100.001(2), F.A.C., is being amended to require that a government entity must comply with Department rules whether it “owns or” operates the toll facility.

SUMMARY:

Subsection 14-100.001(2), F.A.C., is being amended in regard to toll enforcement by governmental entities.
