9B-62.003	Building Permit Surcharge Collection and Remittance (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

To review the provisions of the rule regarding means of calculating the surcharge transmitted to the Operating Trust Fund and exceptions from the surcharge in light of statutory changes since 1995 and the means by which the surcharge is remitted to the Department in light of technological advances.

SUBJECT:

The building permit surcharge; collection and statutory means of calculation thereof.
