RULE:

69J-2.003

Mediation Procedures for Resolution of Disputed Personal Lines Insurance Claims Arising from the 2004 and 2005 Hurricanes and Tropical Storms (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Rule 69J-2.003, F.A.C., is being repealed. Since the number of disputed residential insurance claims being mediated through that program has significantly diminished, there is no longer a need for this rule. Rule 69J-166.031, which establishes a mediation program administered by the Department, will replace this rule.

SUMMARY:

Rule 69J-2.003, F.A.C., is repealed.
