PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendments and rule promulgations in order to incorporate application forms into the rules and to provide the rule references for the application and licensure fees.

SUMMARY:

Application forms will be incorporated into the rules; rule references for the application and licensure fees will be provided.
