RULE:

40D-1.107

Basins

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 40D-1.107, F.A.C., is to merge the District’s Northwest Hillsborough Basin into the Hillsborough River Basin. The Hillsborough River Basin will be re-defined to include the area formerly within the Northwest Hillsborough River Basin. The effect will be to reduce expenditures and duplication of work.
