Licensure Requirements

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended incorporate the revised licensure application into the Board’s licensure rule.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment incorporates the revised application for licensure in the rule and sets forth the Board’s website address for the purpose of obtaining the licensure application.
